I just printed out a great notebook at Confessions of a Homeschooler. She has wonderful stuff on there and some great suggestions. If you have never checked out her blog/website you should.
We are doing a class at the nature center at a park near here. It's every Friday and my kids are loving it so far. They are learning scientific method and how to be scientists.
